I haven't been online for what seems like forever. Working extra hours, never at home, I'm getting ready for the big move toward independence - my first apartment. Albeit I am moving in with Sean, my dearly loved best friend, it will still be a new and exciting experience. Saving money is the toughest part.

I'm working on my day off - babysitting for my uncle and his girlfriend. I assume they will be going to the symphony, and then the biggest fireworks show the city has ever seen for Omaha's 150th Birthday. This is an event I would have liked to attend, perhaps with a date so I could dress up, but alas, I suppose I can always catch the show on the local news after the little girl goes to bed.

Summer is ending and there is no more "me" time. Just outside responsibilities and obligations that require my constant attention and participaption. *sigh*
